Buskirk-Chumley, back when it was Indiana Theatre.

The Buskirk-Chumley opened in 1922 as the "Indiana Theatre". When it first opened, it played silent films. Later, in 1975, the Vonderschmitt family sold the theater to Kerasotes. Just recently, the Bloomington Area Arts Council bought it from Kerasotes, and reopened it as what is now known as the Bukirk-Chumley!
